7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp so we can resolve the issue.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Online payments will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via online bank transfer.

For COD refunds, customers must provide:

  • Account Holder Name

  • Bank Name

  • Account Number

  • IBAN

Right to Refuse Returns

Happy Toys PK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any return request 

If a return is rejected after inspection, the item may be sent back to the customer .
