  • Other areas: 3–6 business days

Shipping Charges

In some cases, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across Pakistan.

Please ensure:

  • You respond to courier confirmation calls.

Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via:

  • WhatsApp / SMS 

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer not available

  • Refused delivery

Damaged During Shipping

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear pictures immediately.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
